    Magnetic sliding bracket ALI

    The magnetic sliding bracket ALI 2.230 is the ideal bracketing solution in cases where one or both shafts cannot be rotated.

    Shafts can’t be rotated? No problem! This bracket allows measurement and alignment to be performed when one or both shafts cannot be rotated. The magnetic sliding bracket is placed upon the back of the coupling or front corner of the uncoupled shaft and slid around from one measurement position to the next.

    Suitable for shaft/coupling diameters from approx. 80 mm (3 1/8″) on up. Bear in mind that good alignment results do depend upon a high-quality surface finish of shafts/couplings (and since the shafts are not rotated, the working axis of the machine shafts may not be determined with the same accuracy as otherwise). Delivered individually: order 2 pieces if neither shaft can be rotated.

    PARALIGN is a unique inertial alignment system that contains three high-precision laser gyroscopes as used in the navigation of wide-bodied jets and submarines.

    PARALIGN ‘learns’ the ideal position of the rollers on a reference roller or plate. Simply by placing the system on the next roller surface, the actual position of the individual roller is compared with the ideal alignment and the deviation is shown immediately as a graphical and numerical information on the display. The data is transmitted wirelessly to a laptop.

    A side view of the machine is shown, with the deviations of every measured roller from its ideal position graphically and numerically displayed.   PARALIGN is the better way for roll alignment: fast, efficient and highly accurate, even without line of sight.
