Our comprehensive range of oil analysis services assists reliability engineers with condition monitoring and identification of machine wear.
CBM Services commercial oil analysis laboratory provides the full range of tests, services, and analysis including elemental spectroscopy, viscosity, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, water-in-oil measurement, ferrous quantification, ferrography, TAN, TBN, fuel dilution analysis, coolant analysis and transformer analysis.
Corrective Maintenance Services
We assist customers to move from reactive behaviour, toward proactive measures to prevent failures. Our management systems and reports allow customers to more easily focus on the root causes and key problem areas, thus allowing their organisations to gain total control over their fixed or mobile plant. We also provide full services in the following areas:
Remote Diagnosis – Where a client lab on site has reached capacity and requires assistance, CBM Services can remotely access on-site data to perform sample analysis.
On-site – CBM Services staff are stationed on-site to collect samples and staff the client laboratory
Field – CBM Services attend client site to collect samples and send to the Yellotec lab for analysis.
